Yoga Basics is an introductory special class which is designed specifically for people who have wanted to try yoga but felt shy to do so!
Yoga Basics is an accessible introductory class where students will learn the basics of a modern yoga practice in a safe, friendly and small-class environment taught by a supportive and experienced instructor.
Students are introduced to the basic yoga poses (asanas) and to the principles of proper alignment needed for a safe yoga practice.
After attending this special 90 minutes class, students will be properly prepared and feel confident to walk into any FlowMood yoga class.
The teacher will be available to answer questions after class.
