5 Elements Yoga Workshop Series
Join yoga instructor Jennifer Pansa for a journey to experience yoga through the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, space) that are present in all aspects of life and in all things. Knowledge of the five elements allows to understand the laws of nature and to use yoga to attain greater health, power, knowledge, wisdom and happiness.
In this in depth 5 workshop series, each 2-hr master class workshop consists of yoga postures, pranayama breathing, essential oils and meditation specific to each of the elements. Discover your true nature and cultivate balance by learning and practicing yoga for the elements. From a place of understanding, we can grow.
