Join Yogi Jennifer Pansa for an evening of re-balacing and releasing!
In this 2 hours workshop, we will be working with the subtle body energy of the first chakra which relates to safety and purpose.We will go through self-inquiry exercises to discover a deeper connection to yourself. Create a strong foundation in the body with grounding yoga asana.
Guided meditation will aid in healing cracks in the foundation from the past. Pranayama and mantra will help train the mind as you move forward in the present moment. You will have homework to continue the practice daily in your life.
