Join yoga instructor Jennifer Pansa for a journey to experience yoga through space element that is present in all aspects of life and in all things. Knowledge of this element allows to understand the laws of nature and to use yoga to attain greater health, power, knowledge, wisdom and happiness.
In this 90 minutes workshop, Space element practice is all about cultivating intuition, connection, communication, expansiveness, consciousness, and truth. Space element moves beyond the mundane of daily life and encourages conscious expansion into universal awareness. This flow is about connecting with our inner truth and consciousness through gentle yoga, breathwork, essential oils and guided meditation class, paired with sound bowls that will take you deep into a state of surrender, relaxation and oneness.
