Staying fit for teens/tweens can be an effective way of helping them learn to meet the physical & emotional challenges they face every day. Mood LifeClub offers a variety of unique classes for Kids 6-9 yrs old and Teens 10-14 yrs old (Teens 15+ years old can take our regular classes).

Teen Aerial Workout
Do you enjoy a new different workout? So, you are encouraged to try out this fun fusion of fitness class, yoga and aerial acrobatics with the hottest tracks. With the support of a soft suspended fabric, Teen Aerial Workout is a fun way of combining strength training with elements of aerial acrobatics and yoga; it assists you to achieve acrobatic and yoga positions. It builds strength, concentration, balance & flexibility.

Teen Fit Pop Workout
A fun hour of cardio and exercising with the hottest pop songs. This class is a fusion of fitness exercises and dance movements to develop strength, coordination and posture.
The program incorporates safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form and technique. Overtime, you will see improvements on your shape and posture.
2 WEEKS PROGRAM
HipHop Jazz Dance
Do you love dancing the latest songs? Come learn the latest moves, you'll learn the dance steps that you see all of the big stars dancing. This energetic class starts with a warm up to build core strength and body control, a break down the latest pop and hip-hop moves, followed by lots of choreography. You will be taught the basics of each style as well as advance movements as you progress.
